Shipping policy

Currently, Pumpkin and Crow Studios ships within the US and withholds the right to fulfill and ship orders outside the US.  Below, "we", "us", "our" represents the shipping policies of Pumpkin and Crow Studios. Where stated, "the customer", "the purchaser", or "the buyer" will be the customer placing the order with shipping costs.

Shipping Costs - Shipping costs are calculated per item, at the time of check out.  We us Print on Demand (POD or third party) providers to fulfill and ship, and the POD's shipping cost policies will apply for each item.

Shipping Times - Shipping times are set by the POD that is fulfilling and providing the service for the printed product, except digital download (which should be available right away), and the POD's shipping times are set by the demand to fulfill other orders.  Please allow extra time for processing and delivery during peak times such as holidays or weather events.  If you are not able to track an order, please contact us at info@pumpkinandcrow.com and we will review the order.
